The crew from Ortiz Flooring did an outstanding job as they removed our old carpeting and installed vinyl plank flooring. The workers showed up a bit early but they got everything done by 6 p.m. The crew was polite, orderly, and cleaned up after themselves. We plan to use them again for a smaller project. The price quoted was the lowest, but they skimped on nothing as they accomplished their task.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the job Alvaro and his team did on my home. We bought a new house and had to replace old carpet on the second floor. Alvaro helped me select a wood floor that fit my budget and then refinished the first floor wood, stained to match the new, including the stairs and banister. It looks beautiful. I am extremely satisfied with Ortiz Flooring. Alvaro was very flexible with my schedule, responded quickly to my questions and the cost was fair. Diego and Antonio did a wonderful job removing my old carpet and installing the new floors. They were efficient, professional and detail oriented. It was the quality of the LVP that got my attention. Our red oak floors were challenging to transition up our stairs. Comparing price, quality, experience and professionalism Ortiz Flooring was my choice. I also felt the size of the company would help get our floors done quickly. I am very happy with choosing Ortiz Flooring. The entire process from quote to completion was two weeks! We are thrilled with our new floors. The LVP is matte and textured. They appear brushed then waxed; Euro styled; not plastic or slippery. The carpet is soft and lush. The team was fantastic. Jonathan even eliminated the squeaks in our stairs. Alvaro in ORTIZ is very professional, punctual and he is been in business more than 35 years. I took several quotes from different people and they were not even close to him. He took my project and started to work next day. He did really good quality job and installed high standard products.It even did not take him a week to complete the project. One more other thing about him he did not ask money in front, I paid him after job is completed. I highly recommend him if you have to do some flooring project.
I had a fantastic experience with Ortiz Flooring. We chose to splurge and put in solid hardwood floors in our new home. This was a significant expense and it was important to me to find a company that would do great work, be honest, responsive, and kind. Ortiz Flooring was all of that. I heard about Ortiz Flooring from neighbor who had recently got his flooring done from him. At his recommendation and at the work he done there, I scheduled an appointment with Ortiz Flooring for an estimate for LVP throughout the house. I had got ball park estimates from others prior to this appointment. Ortiz Flooring gave me a good estimate which was well within my budget. I called him that evening and gave the project to him. Ortiz Team came the next day and got started with the job as promised. They also completed the job including de-carpeting, moving the W/D, Fridge, installing the LVP, resetting the toilets and cleanup way ahead of the schedule. Very good job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.
Mr. Ortiz promised me an excellent outcome at an excellent price and HE DELIVERED! He was quick to respond to my initial request (literally within 5 minutes). He came out the next day, did measurements, and provided me with his estimate. I had samples but decided to go to his showroom where I found the Luxury Vinyl Plank that I was looking for. He takes pride in his work and so does his crew. They were all amazing. I LOVE my new flooring and will recommend Ortiz Flooring to everyone I know! Thank you for such excellent work!
Mr. Ortiz arrived promptly to give me a quote on carpet and flooring. The first thing I noticed was that he was very courteous and took his time as we walked through each room of the property. He made sure I was aware of uneven sections of flooring and gave me options on the best way to repair these sections. After looking at every room of the house, he provided me with carpet samples and made recommendations. He then wrote out his estimate on the spot and informed me that he had a crew that could begin the installation the next day. I agreed and he sent me a formal estimate via email. His crew came in the next evening and they were finished the day after. He was on site with the crew and texted me pictures and video of the progress. I’ve been a landlord for 15 years and this is the best flooring company I have used. Going forward, I will be using this company for all of my flooring needs.
I was very pleased with my experience with Ortiz Flooring Inc. Alvaro was very professional and worked with us to resolve issues with the subfloor prior to installation. He was also able to accommodate our changing timeline. The crew arrived on time everyday and worked hard everyday until the project was complete. They were very respectful and kept the jobsite clean. They did a thorough cleaning removing all trash upon completion. The work was high quality with the floors being both nailed and glued to the subfloor. Thanks for the excellent job!
We had a great experience working with Ortiz Flooring! We had old carpet removed and installed new hardwoods to match existing hardwoods in our purchased home- the match is perfect and we have received many compliments on the floors! We also had new carpets installed in the bedroom that was done cleanly and quickly. Alvaro provided excellent recommendations for materials and quick responses to our questions. He was able to handle small complications that arose in a timely manner. Would highly recommend working with Ortiz flooring!
We contacted Cortiz and his team to put our vinyl plank floors down in our older home that we purchased. Cortiz assured us from the beginning that he would take care of everything. He did an excellent job. He took the time and went over the different types of flooring and photos of work that he could do. He promised us that his work would look amazing and it does!!! He took our old stairs and made them look like brand new ones! He does EXCELLENT work and did it in great time frames. He was willing to work around others crews in the house doing other jobs. He was reliable and he showed up at the given times to complete the task. We even felt safe to leave the home open for him to work. If you are needing any kind of work done on your home, this is the man to call.

Ortiz Flooring's crew did and excellent job. We had carpet and pad installed upstairs and Vinyl Plank Flooring in the downstairs and Bathrooms. They finished the whole project in one day! I highly recommend . Alvero was extremely nice and helpful in planning our project. Communication was great and they were very punctual to appointments and Installation.
Outstanding job installing our hardwood floors & staircase. We bought an old house with uneven subfloors and stair treads, but Alvaro and his team did excellent work putting down solid oak floors upstairs and making the staircase beautiful. They went beyond our expectations with the stairs in particular, taking the time to caulk and touch up details after the installation was complete. They left the house spotless and did very neat, professional work at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Ortiz Flooring has been fantastic. We have hired them on two occasions and would definitely hire them again.
